Trapstar Return & Exchange Policy

At Trapstar, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the highest quality apparel and accessories. We understand that on occasion, an item might not meet your expectations, and we're here to assist you with any return or exchange requests.

30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a generous 30-day return policy commencing from the date of receiving your item. This affords you 30 days to request a return if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase.

Eligible Returns:

Qualifying for a return necessitates your item adhering to the following stipulations:

  • Unaltered Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when received.
  • Unworn and Unused: The item must be unworn and unused.
  • Original Tags Attached: All original tags must remain attached to the item.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

To commence a return, kindly contact our customer service team via email at support@trapstarclothings.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label.

Important Note:

Refrain from sending your return without first contacting us and obtaining a return shipping label. Returns received without prior authorization will be rejected.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and rectify it promptly.

Exceptions to Returns:

Specific items, due to hygiene or safety concerns, are not eligible for returns. These include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any uncertainties regarding the eligibility of your particular item, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.  

Exchanges:

If you desire to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a separate order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and delivery of your new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you hold the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The aforementioned eligibility criteria still apply to such returns.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Delayed Refunds:

If more than 15 business days have transpired since your return was approved, and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@trapstarclothings.com.
